Over five dynamic days, immerse yourself in a transformative learning experience. This meticulously designed program features eight modules, providing a balanced 60% training and 40% practice, offering hands-on expertise.
🎯 By participating, you'll learn how to SET training and similar programs in your national organization, plus receive guaranteed support from JCI MaR Trainers in the upcoming year.
Here's what to expect:
We expect everyone to arrive in Bucharest by 6 PM on July 15th for registration and the welcoming dinner. Starting on July 16th at 8:30 AM, for the next four days, we will dive into eight interactive modules covering Trainer Fundamentals, Facilitation, Coaching, Content Creation, Delivery Skills, Feedback, and Advanced Trainer Skills. On July 20th, it's Exam Day! Team up with a participant to prepare and deliver a training to an audience of trainers and JCI Members, followed by a graduation ceremony celebration.
