The 2024 set of codes are published and being adopted by numerous municipalities. Are you ready for the changes that come every 3 years when new codes come out? Join us on September 9th for a day of learning and review of the new 2024 International Residential Code. By attending you will be able to estimate a new job under this code and you won't get stuck holding the bag due to the extra costs involved with new codes. As usual, there are changes throughout the book but the biggest change can be seen in the energy efficiency chapter of the IRC. We will focus special attention on this area of the code since it has been totally rewritten.
