Are you an Acromegaly patient? Acromegaly Community knows that living with a rare disease can be difficult to navigate. Please join us and take this opportunity to learn about the proper management of Acromegaly from top physicians. This conference focuses on education as well as communal and emotional support for patients. Join us as we work towards empowering patients through education.

For the first 40 registrants that need financial assistance and request help using the link below under Travel/Cost Assistance, Acromegaly Community will provide a $300 stipend check to be given out the final day of the conference. Only one stipend check will be allowed per hotel room. But since these are suites, if you share a room it can reduce the remaining cost substancially.
*Breakfast and Evening Snacks/Drinks will be provided to hotel guests. Lunch (Saturday) will be provided at Barrow Neurological Institute.
Note: There are several area hotels. However, the Embassy Suites is the closest large hotel to the Barrow Neurological Institute.
