Join us for our 5th annual Indigenous Mind-Body Gathering at Mystic Lake Center! Choose from workshops that include different movement modalities to non-movement teachings. Workshops include postpartum care, menopause support through cultural teachings, plant medicine with Linda and Luke Black Elk, self-healing work, Zumba, Jiu Jitsu (co-ed), women's self defense, yoga, yoga + dance, Gyrokinesis, sound healing, meditation, and more!This event is for all 18+, (14+ with adult)
