About this Event
The annual North Star Holiday dinner will be at University of Minnesota Campus Club – Dale Shepard Room (upstairs in Coffman Union). We will start at 6:00 PM with appetizers then dinner will start at 6:30 PM.
First - RESERVE THE DATE! 6 December will be the date of the 2024 INCOSE North Star Chapter Holiday Social and Dinner Celebration. It will be at a new venue, the Campus Club Restaurant on the U of M Campus. Past experience of some members there predicts a very special evening.

Date: Friday, 6 December 2024
Time: 6:00 PM – Appetizers; 6:30 PM - Dinner
Cost: $48 per person - Please bring a check or cash, then NSC will pay the total bill (Chapter will pay for appetizer and dessert)
The dinner will be presented as a buffet with the menu as follows:
- Appetizer (On the chapter): Antipasto Platter
- Entrees: Flat Iron Steak with Sardinian Chimichurri, Sesame Crusted Salmon
- Vegan/ Vegetarion Entree: Coconut Curry Vegetable dish (Please let us know)
- Sides: Mashed Yukon Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal vegetables, House Made Bread & butter
- Dessert (On the Chapter): Raspberry Crème Brûlée, Key Lime Pie
- Beverages: Soft Drinks are included with dinner, Bar is pay as you go
There will be door prizes and plenty of time for socializing.
