IN ORDER TO REGISTER AS A VENDOR YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE!
Vendors for Illinois Ladies Market - Our booths are limited so register early! The cost is $75 per 6x6 space, with a 6ft covered table provided. A limit of 4 spaces can be purchased per vendor. Set up time will be Friday morning at 7am and will open at 10am. Vendor booths will need to be packed up on Saturday by 1:30pm (maybe longer pending hotel availability). Due to hotel policy, no food will be allowed to be sold. To be a vendor you must be registered for the conference. Booths will be approved with email from registrar.
The Illinois Ladies Market is open - Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and after service. Saturday from 8am-9:30am and after service.
Location - Marriott Hotel, Bloomington/Normal, IL
Loading and Unloading - Due to hotel policy, they are asking that vendors do not unload and load at the main hotel lobby doors. You will need to unload and load at the back of the hotel off of Fell Ave. There is NO PARKING on Fell Ave., you will be ticketed by the city if youdo so.
NEW THIS YEAR, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, you are able to select your vendor spot when registering. To be in compliance with the fire code of the hotel, your items cannot block the ballroom doors or hotel exits. You will not be able to store any totes or stack them in the Market Place area unless it fits under your table due to limited space. Please feel free to store things in your vehicle or hotel room. It is our prayer that we would never have to ask this, however in the event a vendor is noncompliant with the rules or has a bad spirit, we reserve the right to decline your application in the future.
