Submit only one form per team. You will receive a welcome email requesting additional team information.
All participants must complete a release of liability and waiver form (emailed prior to the event). Incomplete waiver forms will result in exclusion from the Icebreaker Bonspiel (with no refunds).

EARLY BIRD PRICING UNTIL APRIL 30 2024
Until April 30, 2024 - $300 per team (plus processing fees)
May 1 - Sept 30, 2024 - $450 per team (plus processing fees)
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Minimum of 3 games per team (of 4 players)
