We are pleased to announce the 2024 i2b2 tranSMART Foundation Symposium at Simmons University in Boston, June 24 -25. A Virtual Option is available if you cannot attend in person.
Keynote - Isaac Kohane, MD, PhD, Chair of the Department of Biomedical Informatics, Harvard Medical School and Editor-in-Chief of the New England Journal of Medicine entitled NEJM AI. The Keynote will include a Fireside Chat with Chris White, Microsoft's Managing Director of Special Projects. Chris leads research teams with world-class specialists solving highly uncertain, complex problems. His group builds technologies to benefit society, including tools for digital safety, plurality, and evidence-based policy.
This annual event brings together academic, industry and government clinicians, scientists and technologies who share the experience of using i2b2 from across the US, Europe, and beyond. The two day meeting includes speakers who will explore – in the context of i2b2 implementations – hot topics such as:
