Purpose: Raise $75K towards Complimentary Neighborhood Café Renovation, 18-Week APEX Curriculum Adoption, & Mid-South Awareness Campaign
Date: Friday January 26, 2024
Time: 6:00 p.m. – Until
Run of show: 6:00 p.m. –7:00 p.m. cocktail hour (cash bar), 7:00 p.m. dinner, presentations including JFWC Student Ambassador skit, live entertainment, live auction, etc.
Capacity target:250 total seating capacity
- Adult Tickets: $125.00 per ticket. This year we will accommodate a total of 200 adults (13+ years old).
- Youth Tickets: $50.00 per ticket. This year we will accommodate a total of 50 youth (5 - 12 years old).
- 10-person Table Tickets: $1,250.00 per 10-person table.
Theme: Black Tie Gala
Menu Options:
- HERB GRILLED CHICKEN: All plated dinners are paired with chef's choice of vegetable and starch and include house salad, dinner rolls and butter, chef's selection dessert, iced tea, and coffee.
- CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA: All plated dinners are paired with chef's choice of vegetable and starch and include house salad, dinner rolls and butter, chef's selection dessert, iced tea, and coffee.
- ATLANTIC SALMON: All plated dinners are paired with chef's choice of vegetable and starch and include house salad, dinner rolls and butter, chef's selection dessert, iced tea, and coffee.
- VEGETARIAN'S FARE: All plated dinners are paired with chef's choice of vegetable and starch and include house salad, dinner rolls and butter, chef's selection dessert, iced tea, and coffee.
