About this Event

New Location for 2024: Traditions at the Links, 5900 N. Burdick St., East Syracuse, NY 13057

Hope & Heels Fashion Show and Brunch seeks to raise ovarian cancer awareness and education across the CNY community. Enjoy shopping from local vendors and artists, raffles, a large silent auction, cocktails, brunch and beautiful fall & winter fashions modeled by community leaders and cancer survivors. All funds raised will benefit Hope for Heather, a 501c3 non profit in memory of Heather Weeks. Hope for Heather's mission is to raise money for ovarian cancer research, promote awareness and education and patient support. FAQs:

Single Seat Tickets? - You may purchase single seats at any table set up for single seats. You can purchase from 1 to 10 tickets at tables allocated for single tickets. You will need a name and other information for each ticket you purchase. The tables setup for single seats will have a different map color from tables available for full table purchase.

Full Table Tickets? - Full tables offer preferred seating. These seating locations require the purchase of 10 tickets in a single transaction. The system will not allow the purchase of less than 10 tickets for one of these tables. You will need a name and other information for each ticket you purchase. If you are still putting your table guest list together, list each unknown seat as first name: Guest 1, Last name: "Your last Name" (ie: Guest 1 Smith, Guest 2 Smith, Guest 3 Smith, etc.)

VIP Table Tickets ?- VIP tables feature prime seating close to the runway. VIP seating includes wine for the table and other fun surprises. These tables require the purchase of 10 tickets in a single transaction. The system will not allow the purchase of less than 10 VIP tickets for one transaction. You will need a name and other information for each ticket you purchase. If you are still putting your table guest list together, list each unknown seat as first name: Guest 1, Last name: "Your last Name" (ie: Guest 1 Smith, Guest 2 Smith, Guest 3 Smith, etc.)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, bring your printed ticket or electronic (mobile phone) ticket to the event. Seating is reserved so you must have your printed or electronic ticket with you to attend the event.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable to a friend or cancer survivor? Yes, Each ticket has a unique barcode. That barcode will be scanned to validate the ticket. The holder of the ticket will be admitted and seated in the event. The name of the person that purchased the ticket is usually located on the ticket. Do not copy or print a ticket multiple times, as only one instance of the ticket will allow access to the event.

What is the refund policy? Refund is possible up to 7 days before the event. There is a $10 service fee deducted from your refund plus Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they won't be returned to the ticket buyer. Eventbrite fees will be refunded for duplicate charge(s) if the buyer requests a refund for a within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be applied to the credit card you purchased the ticket with. If the event must be cancelled due to an act of God or other serious occurrence beyond the control of the hosts or sponsors, please consider your ticket as a donation to an important local charitable cause.

Is my ticket cost tax deductible? Since you are receiving goods or services as part of your ticket, IRS rules indicated you can only deduct 50% of the ticket cost as a charitable donation.
