We are celebrating the 2024 Holiday Season with our 8th Annual Throwdown for charity at EHP Performance.This fitness competition will feature teams of 4 (2 men and 2 women) in Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled Teams and will have 3 workouts (no finals) to complete throughout the day.
Standards are in line with the CrossFit Open.
Cost: $120 per team and proceeds will be donated.
Eight years ago, this event began as a way for EHP to unite and give back to the community. Since then, EHP has donated over $10,000 to those in need. This year, all proceeds from our event will go to the EHP's owner Karla and her family, who recently received the heartbreaking news that their daughter has been diagnosed with Krabbe disease, a rare neurological condition. The Wolfords are facing challenging times with many uncertainties ahead. Let's come together and show them the strength, compassion, and support that defines the CrossFit community.
