Immerse yourself in the historic holiday tradition of the year, and celebrate the spirit of the season, as seen through the lens of five beautiful Waxahachie historic architectural marvels. Decorated with unique holiday styles for each house, tour a variety of different architectural styles and learn about what it’s like to live, work, and play in these historic homes.

Your guide book is a special collectors edition, which will give you a list of all the home addresses, information on the beautfiful homes on the tour and their history, and a community map for your convenience.

Ticket sales support the mission of Historic Waxahachie, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to the education, preservation, and advocacy of Waxahachie heritage. This event serves as the main fundraiser of the year for Historic Waxahachie and all tickets are non-refundable.

The locations on the Christmas Tour of Homes are all homes owned by private citizens who are volunteering their time and location for the 2024 event. As such, there is no guarantee of accessability or ADA compliance. Homeowners have the right to refuse entrance into their home to anyone they choose at any time. The event is rain or shine- we recommend wearing appropriate, comfortable, footware and clothing for exploring Waxhachie's architectual heritage!
