Please join us for our 2024 Healing Togeather Summit hosted by United Indian Health Services, Inc. Everyone is welcome, attendees may include social service providers, medical providers, Tribal employees, community members, and anyone interested in health and wellness in Native communities.
This year’s summit will be held on August 20 and 21, 2024 at College of the Redwoods7351 Tompkins Hill Rd, Eureka, CA 95501. The nearest airport is the California Redwood Coast Humboldt County Airport, about 27 miles away. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
On Tuesday, August 20, presentation topics center on suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. and many more. This summit focuses on serving folks who are Native as well as the broader Tribal communities. On Wednesday, August 21, presentation topics will include commercial tobacco use prevention, opioid recovery, healthy relationships, and many more health topics. We will announce the speakers and workshops later this year.
Please only register for one type of ticket per person per day. Please register for each event day you plan on attending. You may select “In Person Admission Only” or “Virtual Admission Only” depending on whether you are attending the summit in person OR virtually. The “In Person Admission Only” choice saves you a limited in person seat and a meal on the event day you choose to attend on. If you find yourself unable to attend in person, please notify us so that we can open up that space for other attendees. “Virtual Admission ONLY” will give you virtual access to the main presentations only, not the mid-day workshops. We will not be offering hybrid attendance choices for this summit. Thank you very much.
