Celebrate Halloween with the Waukegan Park District at the 2024 Halloween Trick or Treat Trail on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 1pm to 3pm at Bowen Park, located at 1800 N. Sheridan Road. The event will feature an enchanted trail with professionally costumed characters. Children will receive candy throughout the trail, while supplies last.
