Coming off Bowl Season's highest-scoring game in 2023, the 35th annual Rate Bowl returns to downtown Phoenix on Thu, Dec. 26. Kickoff for college football's only Big Ten vs. Big 12 postseason matchup is 3:30 p.m. MST at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.Less than two months after last season's World Series clincher, the ballpark was the site of the 2023 Rate Bowl between Kansas and UNLV. Behind a bowl-record six touchdown passes by Offensive MVP Jason Bean, the Jayhawks earned their first bowl victory in 15 years. Kansas' 49-36 victory capped a 9-4 season for the Jayhawks and the 85 combined points was also the highest-scoring bowl game last season.
