Hello everybody, The Greater Sacramento USBC and I are proud to announce the return of the GSA Open Masters Tournament sponsored by Lucky Bowler Pro Shop!
The 2024 GSA Open Masters will be held May 18th and 19th at Country Club Lanes in Sacramento. Qualifying will take place on Saturday, May 18th. There will be 2 qualifying squads: 9:00am and 2:00pm. Re-entries are permitted. Check in opens at 8am for the first squad. The tournament playoffs will take place the next day, Sunday, May 19th starting at 10:00am.
The 2024 GSA Open Masters tournament will be open to all 2023-24 USBC members in good standing. Entry fees are $135.00 per squad if paid in advance or $150.00 for walk ins. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without pre-payment.
The tournament will feature 6 games of qualifying and a minimum of 16 players guaranteed to cash and advance to a double elimination playoff bracket. Lucky Bowler Pro Shop is adding $1,000 to the prize fund! With 60 entries, 1st place will pay a guaranteed $2,000 1st place prize. With 70 entries, 20 players will advance to the playoffs and 1st place will pay $2,250.00. With 80 entries, 24 players will advance to the playoffs and 1st place will pay $2,500.00.
