2024? You got to be kidney me! This banner year we highlight the great need for kidney donation. Many people awaiting a lifesaving organ transplant cannot receive one because of a shortage of donations. Of the 103,376 Americans currently on the waiting list, more than 88,611 need a kidney—but only approximately 17,000 people receive a kidney each year.
Let’s run for organ donation on April 6th to raise awareness for the importance of registering your wishes as a life-saving organ, eye and tissue donor.
