Florida Cracker Cattle Association (FCCA)
Welcome to the 37th Annual Florida Cracker Cattle Association (FCCA) Gatherin' and 35th Annual Sale. Join us Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Withlacoochee Forestry Training Center for the Gatherin' which is our Annual Meeting. Be sure to bring your appetite, our traditional meal of prime rib dinner will be served in the Dining Hall from 5:15 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.. Registration ($40 /adult, $15 for those 6-16 yr old) for the Annual Gatherin' includes meal tickets for both Friday supper and Saturday morning breakfast, served 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M.. Following supper, the Annual Meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.. Be sure to stick around for the fundraiser auction after the meeting.
Lodging is available at the Training Center. Lodging on Site is dormitory style but we can accommodate families. The cost is $35 per adult and FCCA pays all youth 16 yrs and under. Choose lodging and pay on Eventbrite then call Stephen Monroe at 850-510-5419 so that he can assign your room and add complementary beds for your youth.
Tickets for the Dinner and Beds for Lodging are limited and available on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to register early to secure your spot.
Don't forget to attend the Florida Cracker Cattle and Horse Auction that will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Sumter County Livestock Market in nearby Webster, FL. Viewling of stock begins at 10:00 am and the auction begins at 1:00 P.M.. There is no charge to attend, but remember to bid BIG, bring your checkbooks and trailers to take a few head home with you.
