You are cordially invited to the 2024 Flag Raising Ceremony in Syracuse. The ceremony will start at 11:30AM on Friday, Oct. 11 in front of the Syracuse City Hall, 233 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202. Mayor HUANG, Min-Hui 黃敏惠of Chia-Yi City 嘉義市, a sister city with Syracuse, will be leading a delegation to attend the ceremony. The delegation includes officials from Chia-Yi City as well as 8 students from國立嘉義大學附設實驗國民小學 and their school Principal SHEN 沈桂枝 and school administrators.
Ambassador Tom Lee 李志強, the new Ambassador of TECO NY will also be leading a delegation to attend the flag raising ceremony, joined by elected officials and their representatives at the Federal, State, County, and City levels.
