The Kurt Owen Ministries and Ministers of Victory 2024 Florida Ministers’ Conference is an event where men and women of God will gather to fellowship, worship, and sit under the preaching of The Word. You will leave this conference refreshed, strengthened and equipped to continue in the work of the ministry and build up the Kingdom of God.
The conference is hosted at Real Life Church,1445 SW Hibiscus Street, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. A block of rooms has been reserved at the TownePlace Suites in Port St. Lucie, FL. Details on how to make your reservation will be emailed to you upon registration. Included in your FREE registration are conference materials and lunch provided on Thursday and Friday.

About Ministers of Victory
Kurt Owen realized that ministers need a pastor; this was the vision under which Ministers of Victory (MOV) was born. MOV is a licensing and ordaining body that is a supply to the pastor and minister. A place where ministers can talk to someone when they need to, have someone who will call them and see how they are doing and let them know that they are not alone, and that someone cares whether or not they fulfilled their call. MOV is an organization where ministers can ask questions about any aspect of ministry both natural and spiritual and receive answers they can implement within the parameters of the budget they set. They will always be treated with honor and respect. MOV is a ministry with integrity; if MOV does not have the answer to a question, we will give assistance in finding the answer.
Meet Pastor Kurt Owen, Founder & President of Kurt Owen Ministries, and the Organizer of the 2024 FL KOM Ministers' Conference
Pastor Kurt has been in full-time ministry for over 30 years. He is the founder of Kurt Owen Ministries. Pastor Kurt Owen, was sick and dying of a debilitating disease, while listening to a TV minister who said, “The Bible is God speaking to you. If you believe it, it will work. If you don’t, it won’t.” These words hit him with the force of a locomotive. Pastor Kurt made up his mind that he would believe the Bible and do everything it said. Then he would know if God was real or not.
That was more than 30 years ago and Pastor Kurt is more convinced now than ever before that the Bible is God’s Word to man – it is the blueprint for victory in every area of life. As Pastor Kurt walked with Jesus, he realized that faith, for himself and for people he met around the world, was sometimes difficult. The Lord showed him that the reason was because he and many other people knew about The Love of God but did not believe it personally for themselves. Today numerous lives have been changed and their faith operates at a much higher level because of Pastor Kurt's teaching on Knowing and Believing The Love of God.
Having started 5 churches, traveled to 28 nations, and seen countless people saved, healed, and grow in a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus and His Word. Pastor Kurt continues to travel all over the world, using every available media to teach in a practical manner the Word of God, so that any hearer can believe God's love for themselves, study The Bible, and apply the Word to their everyday life. Then begin to walk in the life that God's love has freely provided for them and Jesus died to give them.
So, whether it’s a minister’s conference a camp meeting, a corporation, a church, a Pr*son, or a convention, you will be refreshed, encouraged, and instructed in the Word of God.
Pastor Kurt is ordained and licensed through Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Eagle Mountain Church.

Meet Pastor Terry Owen
Pastor Terry Owen has a passion for encouraging people to develop a personal relationship with Jesus. She is licensed and ordained through Ministers of Victory and serves with her anointed husband as Pastor of Real Life Church in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Pastor Terry has a love and gratitude toward God for the many blessings she has in her life. Because of this, she has a heart for the lost and especially women who are hurting and has been used greatly to change many lives. She delivers the Word of God with ease, clarity and boldness!
Meet Minister Curtis Crosby
Minister Curtis Crosby serves as Associate Pastor for Real Life Church (RLC), Port St. Lucie and is the Director of Ministries at RLC PSL. He has been in ministry since 1987 and a member of RLC since 2006. He has served in many areas of the ministry and currently directs the internal and external ministries of the church. Minister Curtis has a passion for God and is dedicated to encouraging men, women, and children how to reach their full potential in Christ.
He is ordained through Kurt Owen Ministries (KOM) and serves as Director of Ministers of Victory (MOV) for Kurt Owen Ministries.
He is happily married to his beautiful wife Linda, of 33 years. They enjoy spending time together, ministering together, and spending time with family and friends while enjoying the world their LORD has created.
