About this Event

Close out the 19th Annual Festival of Books and Authors with a brunch featuring Friends & Fiction, comprised of authors Mary Kay Andrews, Kristy Woodson Harvey, Kristin Harmel, and Patti Callahan Henry. The brunch will be held at the Benton Convention Center, and will include a book signing and photo opportunities.

There are two ticket options for this event.

Meet & Greet + Brunch Event - $80 (plus taxes & fees)

The Meet & Greet will begin at 10:00 am and include one mimosa with ticket purchase. Attendees will have the chance to mingle, meet the authors, and take photos. You will also receive a wrist band to get at the front of the signing line following the brunch. The number of tickets for the Meet & Greet is limited due to the nature of the event.

Brunch Event only - $50 (plus taxes & fees)

The Brunch Event will begin at 11:00 am and include brunch, a seated program, and a booksigning. There will not be an opportunity for posed photos during this portion of the event. Attendees who attended the Meet & Greet will have the chance to be first in the signing line following the brunch.

<h4>About the Authors</h4>

Mary Kay Andrews is the New York Times bestselling author of more than 30 novels and one cookbook. Her latest novel is Summers at the Saint. She has written ten critically acclaimed mysteries under her real name, Kathy Hogan Trocheck. In 2002, she assumed the pen name Mary Kay Andrews with the publication of Savannah Blues. Besides cooking, spoiling her grandkids, and plotting her next novel, Mary Kay’s favorite pastime is junking and fixing up old houses.

Kristin Harmel is the New York Times, USA Today, and #1 internationally bestselling author of The Paris Daughter, The Forest of Vanishing Stars, The Book of Lost Names, The Winemaker’s Wife, and a dozen other novels. After graduating from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications, she spent time living in Paris and Los Angeles. She is a breast cancer survivor and now lives in Orlando, with her husband and son.

Kristy Woodson Harvey is the New York Times, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly bestselling author of eleven novels including A Happier Life, Under the Southern Sky, The Peachtree Bluff series, The Wedding Veil, and The Summer of Songbirds. She is a proud member of the Tall Poppy Writers, serves on The University of North Carolina’s Library Board and on the board of the Beaufort Historical Association, and is a member of the University of North Carolina’s Women’s Leadership Council.

Patti Callahan Henry is a New York Times, Globe and Mail, and USA Today bestselling author of nineteen novels, including her newest, The Secret Book of Flora Lea. She’s also a podcast host of original content for her novels, Surviving Savannah and Becoming Mrs. Lewis. She is the recipient of 2020’s Harper Lee Award for Alabama’s Distinguished Writer as well as 2019’s Christy Book of the Year Award and the Alabama Library Association Book of the Year both for Becoming Mrs. Lewis.
