There is a best costume contest so bring your most original positive theme and come ready to have fun. This is a family event and children must be accompanied by an adult. There is absolutely no entry cost. Joliet Unity Movement offers positive educational recreational and motivational outlets for youth and families with an inspiring message to make good choices.
