Working as patrols, this hands-on course provides adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. Upon completion, leaders should feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic skills required to obtain the First Class rank. Along with Scoutmaster Specifics, this course is required of all direct contact leaders registered in Scouts BSA Troops in order to be considered "trained".If you would like to attend optional additional training on the 18th, Friday evening at 5:00pm, select it during your registration. You may only attend one optional additional training.
-Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Leader Specific Training (no additional fee)
-First Aid/CPR/AED ($20 additional fee)
IOLS will start Saturday-Sunday.
Check-in will start, Saturday, October 19, at 7AM. Course starts at 8 AM and is scheduled to end Sunday, October 20, at 12 PM.
