Please READ:
1)YES, everyone attending the banquet needs a ticket purchased ONLINE ONLY, you can not purchase a ticket at the door. There is no discount for children's tickets as we are charged a per person fee from the caterer. Tickets are $16 to cover the venue, food, and etc.
2) Players/Managers/Coaches/Videographer are FREE AND you still need to "PURCHASE" a ticket via the online link so we can have an accurate headcount for the caterer. Please make sure you purchase a (free) player ticket in addition to the parents/family/friends tickets you purchase.
3) Meal is being catered by Uncle David's BBQ - Pulled pork and smoked chicken, Mac n cheese, baked beans, green beans, slaw and rolls. $16 per person.
4) There will be a video played at the banquet that can be purchased for an additional $25.00. If you would like to purchase one please see Kelly or Tom or email at [email protected]. These videos include highlights from the teams throughout the year. Bill Witherow generously donates his time to make these videos for our program and all sales directly help the club. Thank you Mr. Bill!
5) Banquet is being held at Trinity United Methodist Church at 607 Airport Road, Huntsville AL 35802. You will enter on the left side of the building closest to the front with the covered carport area. Someone will be just inside the door to mark off tickets purchased and direct you towards the banquet area. Banquet will start promptly at 6:00pm
6) Both coaches will address the teams and distribute awards. Players will also receive their goodie bag. A picture of the team will be taken at the end of each session.
7) This banquet tends to last a good amount of time. I would plan to arrive no later than 5:45 and plan on staying until closer to 9:00. Dress code for players/managers (per Coach Arndt) is business to business casual. (Some kids will wear suits and ties while other may just have on khaki's and a button down shirt)
