WHY: At last year's Community Health Summit, community members and agency representatives used data and experience to identify the two most pressing community health challenges facing Eastern Jackson County communities: mental & behavioral health and housing & economic stability. After more than a year of collaborative effort, research, data mining, and systems mapping, the EJC Mental & Behavioral Health Lab and EJC Housing & Economic Stability Lab have identified crucial leverage points to begin impacting these community health challenges. Join us to learn more about this work and the current systems and to get involved in strategizing and planning for 2024-25. We need your perspectives, voices, and ideas to create lasting change for our communities!
