The tour serves as a fundraiser for scholarships, neighborhood projects like tree planting, park renovations and neighborhood gatherings. The self-guided tour runs on Saturday May 11th, Mother's Day Weekend from 11:00am- 5:00pm, rain or shine. Start at Pat Miller Square / Del Ray Farmer's Market (203 East Oxford Ave, Alexandria VA 22301) to pick up your entrance pass and map of the homes on the tour.
The homes on this year’s tour range from small scale accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to single family new construction and everything in between. This walkable tour offers a chance to see the wide variety of homes in the neighborhood as well as gardens and landscaped areas. The tour is a wonderful reflection of Del Ray’s diversity as well as an opportunity to see the work of local architects and builders. Join us to get an inside look at living in Del Ray and to gather ideas on paint colors, tiles, decorative hardware, plants, bath and kitchen fixtures, and more.

No, you can go paper free and bring your phone with the eventbrite app or we can check you in by the ticket purchasers name at one of our check in points.

What can I bring into the event?
Purses and small bags are ok to bring into the houses. Please no large bags, strollers or dogs. Baby wearing is ok, but any children who are able to walk must have a paid ticket and we prefer that you find other arrangements for them while you are on the tour.
