The 2024 Dane County Fair, located in the heart of Madison, will be held at the Alliant Energy Center, July 18-21! Join us for free concerts, great food, carnival rides, animals, and so much more! Gates open at 8:00am each day and close at 8:00pm every night for entrance to the Fair; the carnival, music, and Fair food runs until about 10:00pm-11:00pm each night.
NO Entry after 8:00pm. Youth under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian after 4:00pm.
Admission - posted to the website in April when online sales open.
Specials:
- Discount on admission before 5:00pm on Thursday and Friday
- Thursday - Hometown Hero Day = 1 Hero + 1 guest receive free admission (details at danecountyfair.com).
Carnival Hours:
Thursday (7/18) - 1:00pm-10:30pm (ticket sales end at 8:30pm)
Friday (7/19) - 12:00pm-10:30pm (ticket sales end at 8:30pm)
Saturday (7/20) - 12:00pm-10:30pm (ticket sales end at 8:30pm)
Sunday (7/21) - 12:00pm-10:30pm (ticket sales end at 8:30pm)
* Online discounted carnival unlimited ride wristband ($28) sales will open in April and will be on sale until July 17. On-site wristbands will be $33/person/day for unlimited rides.
