Calling ALL BADGYALS! It's time to showcase your skills and claim the title of Dancehall Queen LA!
Whether you're a seasoned professional or rising star, this is your chance to shine pon the dance floor. Show off your Dancehall moves, energy, and stage presence as you battle it out for the coveted crown.
REQUIREMENTS:
Complete ticket purchase and registration form to become a contestant in this year's DanceHall Queen LA competition.
The Dancehall Queen LA 2024 competition is open to any female dancer regardless of nationality or experience.
You must be the age of 21 and over to enter.
The contest is only open to single competitors.
Fee to enter competition is $50. Entry fee is non-refundable
To participate in the Dancehall Queen Contest, follow these steps:
- Purchase your contestant entry ticket
- Complete the registration entry form --> Link sent to email after ticket purchase
- Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email
- GET READY TO BRUK OUT!
Limited spots available, so register early to secure your place.
Participants will be judged on technique, creativity, style, and overall performance.
Prizes:
1st Place: Dancehall Queen LA Title, Crown, Trophy, 5 day trip to Montego Bay Jamaica to compete in the International Dancehall Queen Competition and exclusive performance opportunities.
2nd Place: Trophy, Runner-up recognition and exciting dance-related prizes.
3rd Place: Third place recognition and special rewards.
Come prepared to showcase your talent and wow the audience with your Dancehall skills. The Dancehall Queen Contest promises to be an spectacular event filled with incredible performances and fierce competition.

NO WALK UP ENTRIES PERMITTED. All competitors MUST read and sign the registration, rules and regulations forms confirming that you have understood all conditions of entry including liability waiver. Only competitors that have returned a signed form and paid the entry fee will be eligible to compete. Winner must be able and willing to travel to Jamaica for the official Miss International Dancehall Queen competition in Montego Bay and is responsible for providing a current valid passport. If winner needs to acquire necessary travel documents, the cost remains solely their responsibility. If they cannot obtain a passport by required date, they will forfeit their title and the runner up will represent CALIFORNIA at the International Competition
