Presentation Description: Whether you’re a football fan or not, in Texas, we LOVE a good game day. The good news is that even if you are not ready to get suited and booted (as we say in Texas), in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), there is a position for everyone. What’s even better is you have the potential to be the biggest game changer on your team. If you are ready to level up your mindful awareness or gain new TBRI implementation insights, this session is for you. With time-tested TBRI principles that have proven to elevate and accelerate relationship effectiveness, Dr. Avery will provide attendees with an interactive experience and share game-changing perspectives for leading the way in TBRI implementation.
Objectives:
--Review your playbook to explore how community collaborations influence TBRI implementation outcomes.
--Discover ways to build on or strengthen your existing TBRI training and implementation efforts to score more touchdowns.
--Identify opportunities to raise the roof and grow to the next level in your TBRI implementation.

We will focus on the Three Pillars of Trauma Wise Care — Connection, Felt-Safety, and Regulation — and examine the outcomes when we adopt and truly embody what it means to be Trauma Wise.
