EVENT INFORMATION
The 2024 Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State (CP State) Annual Conference will be held Monday, October 21 - Tuesday, October 22 at the Saratoga Hilton Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY. Please join us again to attend enagaging sessions with topics relevant to our Affiliates, such as Residential Services, Day Programs, Education, Healthcare, Clinical Services, Communications, Development, Finance, Management, and more! Workshops will provide critical information on issues important to people with disabilities and their families/caretakers.
The CP State Annual Conference provides an opportunity for staff, volunteers, individuals receiving supports and their families/caretakers to exchange ideas, learn new skills, and view new technologies affecting the lives of people with disabilities.

PARKING INFORMATION
- Per vehicle, per night - $10.00
- Day guests, up to 4 hours - $5.00
- Day guests, for over 4 hours - $10.00
To get the discounted parking rate, you must scan the QR code that will be displayed at our Registration Desk. If you scan the QR code on the sign in the parking lot, you will not receive the discounted rate.
Overnight guests are advised to provide their license plate inforamtion to the front desk upon checking in and NOT to scan the QR code in the parking lot or at the registration desk - The parking rate is posted on your guestroom folio.
The City Center Parking Garage is a separate entity to the Hotel Parking Lot, and cannot be paid directly through the hotel or our QR code.
- Parking up to 1 hour - Free
- Parking hourly is $2.00 for each additional hour, up to $15.00 for a 24 hour period

- The Saratoga Hilton complies with ADA Guidelines and all sessions/events will be in wheelchair accessible spaces.
