2024 CMS Exercise Series Tabletop Exercise (Roanoke)

For Part 3 of this 6-Part Exercise Series, we will host community-based tabletop exercises (TTX). For more information on the 2024 CMS Exercise Series, please visit www.nspa1.org/2024exerciseseries.

This TTX is intended to help you better understand the concepts and structure of the Incident Command System. We will cover roles, responsibilities, and best practices to help you optimize your incident leadership capabilities. All participants should bring or know your emergency operations plans (EOP) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Exercises cannot be conducted by a single individual for any facility. You will need to involve multiple members from your leadership team/administrative team. At a minimum, an administrative, clinical, and facilities leader should participate in the TTX and Functional / Full Scale Exercise within this series.

All sessions in this series are virtual EXCEPT for the TTX, which requires pre-registration. There will NOT be a virtual option for the TTX. We highly encourage early registration to properly plan for your team's attendance. We are hosting 2 tabletop exercises. tabletop exercise date.
