There’s no better place to celebrate Canada Day than right here in the capital city!On July 1st at Victoria Park, we’ll have a full day of free, family-friendly activities, live music with headliner The Fabulously Rich: The Tragically Hip Tribute, and spectacular fireworks at dusk.
8am: Triathlon PEI presents: Victoria Park Kids of Steel Triathlon (ages 5 - 13)

12pm: 21 Gun Salute by the PEI Regiment
12pm - 7pm
•The Family Fun Zone: kid-friendly games, inflatables, and festive giveaways
•Tastes of Canada (and Beyond) food vendor zone featuring flavours from Canada, the Philippines, Jamaica and more!
•Interactive activation in partnership with Indigenous P.E.I., featuring local Indigenous artisan vendors and cultural demonstrations
1pm: Official Opening Ceremony
Attendees will be treated to a local Indigenous cultural performance and hear from special guests
1:30pm - 10pm: Coastal Vibes

(New this year, the City has partnered with the Autism Society of P.E.I. to lend a limited number of noise-cancelling headphones to individuals with sensory sensitivities)
