Welcome to the 11th edition of the Caffeine and Kilos Invitational! We're thrilled to reveal our collaboration with the EVO Sports Expo, a yearly event in Sacramento and Santa Clara. This July, The Invitational, featuring team fitness (teams of 2) and deadlift competitions, will coincide with the 18th Tommy Kono: WSO Championships and a multitude of other athletic contests hosted within the EVO Sports Expo.
Registration is open! Early bird pricing will be available until June 15th. Workouts will be released in June. Refunds are only available if a team can be found to replace the team that drops out.
Every athlete will receive entry into the EVO Sports Expo for FREE - normally $30/person!
