Welcome to the 2024 BYU International Graduate New Student Orientation Program!
Join us at the Gordon B. Hinckley Alumni and Visitors Center (HC) for an exciting in-person event tailored specifically for our international graduate students.
This event features an information session and formal luncheon with various university departments, university administrators, and community service providers (International Students & Scholars Services office, Utah Department of Health, BYU Library, Writing Center etc.) who have been invited to participate to answer any questions you may have about being an international graduate student here at Brigham Young University. You will also receive some important instructions about your responsibilities as an international student and how to maintain your immigration status during your time here in the U.S.
We hope you can attend and we look forward to helping you learn more about some of the services that are here to serve you and your family along with important immigration information that will help you during your time here at BYU.

Important Information:
- Attire: Business Casual
- Due to the nature of the event, only current graduate students are invited; no spouses and children please
- Seating is limited and is expected to fill up fast
- Student parking is available in designated G & Y lots
- Booth representative parking is located at the BYU Museum of Art
- BYU departments and community partners can set up booths starting at 3:00 pm
