2024 BWNC Mentorship Program

WHAT IT IS:

• A 8-month program (09/2024-05/2025) with aim of helping you in both work and life.
• A great opportunity for you to learn from executive, senior business leaders, technical experts and HR professionals from well known companies like Apple, Amazon, Meta, Google, Cisco, Adobe, Marvell, Nvidia, Morgan Stanley, and Cadence.
• In addition to the group mentor, the team benefits from various specialized advisors who offer diverse expertise and guidance.

🌟 Details:

• Event Dates: September 2024 to May 2025
• Application Deadline: 09/16/2024
• First Meeting: 09/28/2024
• Language: Chinese Mandarin
• Event Format:
• • Mentors and mentees will form small groups, each led by one mentor with 1-2 mentees.
  • Small groups will meet monthly, and the large group will meet every other month.
• Fee: Upon acceptance, you will pay a $100 deposit. Attend at least ten events (including specialized advisors meetings)to get a refund after graduation.
• Sign up: Fill out the registration form, and we'll match you with the best mentor.
