EVENT AGENDA
5:30 - 7:00 - Enjoy a catered reception in the ground floor McCormick Gallery at 320 Newbury Street, and visit the exhibition "A Legacy of Design Innovation: Shepley Bulfinch at 150 and Beyond", presented by Boston Architectural College. For 150 years, Shepley Bulfinch has countered the status quo with forward-thinking buildings and spaces of inspired living, learning, and healing. Since its inception the firm’s work has been at the forefront of major social movements and moments. The exhibit traces the evolution of Shepley Bulfinch, starting with its formation in the Boston neighborhood of Brookline, Massachusetts, by Henry Hobson Richardson. From his foundation of the eponymous Romanesque style first seen in Trinity Church (1877) to the architects he helped shape through his practice, the legacy of Shepley Bulfinch ripples around the world through the buildings and spaces that touch our everyday lives. Network with your colleagues and enjoy this insightful exhibition.
7:00 - 8:30 - The Boston Design Week 2024 Awards in the same building in the second floor Casciei Hall.
