• NO SOLICITING/PASSING HANDBILLS
• NO SMOKING [UNLESS APPROVED]
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS
• NO TENTS [UNLESS A BLK APPROVED VENDOR]
• NO BICYCLES OR SKATING
• NO AUDIBLE PERSONAL RADIOS OR INSTRUMENTS
• CHAIRS ARE ALLLOWED

FOOD & BEVERAGE MARKET

Please note that glass containers and all grills (including electric, propane and charcoal) are prohibited during the festival. Chafing dishes are also prohibited [Other Than Vendor Approved], since any sort of open flame (including Sterno) is not allowed.
