Join CG Atlantic Medical & Life and Zest Wellness for a celebration of local fall produce at our annual Farmers Market Tour! Learn how to make healthy choices when selecting fresh produce and even how to grow your produce at home.
On this tour, we will travel to the three destinations on shuttle buses provided by CG Atlantic Medical & Life:
1 . Nu Gaia Urban Farm
2. Doongalik Famers Market
3. BAIC Farmers Market
4. Blue Fields Farms
With trivia games, refreshments, and exciting prizes and giveaways, you won’t want to miss this fun and informational morning!
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring cash for grocery purchases. Light refreshments will be served in the morning.
Agenda:
8:00 AM: Registered guests arrive at CG Atlantic House for refreshments and instruction.
(Atlantic House Building 3rd Terrace entrance; Next to ZNS)
Parking is available at the rear of the building
8:30 a.m. Depart for the tour. Shuttle buses will be provided by CG Atlantic Medical & Life.
11:30 a.m. Return to CG Atlantic House.
