About this Event
You are cordially invited to attend Newcomer Women's Services Toronto's (NEW) 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Fairview Office Open House, happening in person on October 18th, 2024.
Join us for an engaging evening as we celebrate last year's accomplishments and launch our brand-new location in North York. Meet the team, explore our latest initiatives, and enjoy refreshments. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow professionals and get an inside look at what NEW has been working on.
For over 41 years, NEW has empowered newcomer women and their families to build fulfilling lives in Canada by connecting them to social and economic opportunities and fostering a sense of belonging. NEW continues to focus on the immediate needs of immigrant women, providing access to settlement resources, creating pathways to labor market inclusion, and offering services that help them overcome systemic barriers to success.
We extend our gratitude to the dedicated volunteers, generous donors, and partners who drive our mission forward. Their support is vital in enriching the lives of the immigrant women and families we serve.
Thank you for being part of this journey, and we look forward to celebrating this important milestone with you. Together, we will continue making a lasting impact in the lives of newcomer women and their families.
