Join us for the Maryland State Library Resource Center’s 2024 Annual Genealogy Lecture Series and learn to tell your family story! Annette Burke Lyttle, professional genealogist, speaker, educator and owner of Heritage Detective, LLC, will present four lectures:

Enhancements and a Word About Publishing
Annette Burke Lyttle owns Heritage Detective, LLC, where she provides professional genealogical services in research, education, and writing. She speaks on a variety of genealogical topics at the national, state, and local levels and loves helping people uncover and share their family stories. She is coordinator of the Fall Virtual Intermediate Foundations course for the Salt Lake Institute of Genealogy. Annette leads Best Practices Study Groups for a number of organizations, providing in-depth education on the genealogical research process in an interactive setting. She is president of the Association of Professional Genealogists and editor of The Florida Genealogist.

This event will be presented both virtually and in-person; however, it will not be recorded. If you would like to attend virtually, you can access the virtual event from the Pratt's Facebook page or YouTube page on the date and time included here. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided to in-person attendees. The first lecture will start at approximately 10:30am.
