The Alton Park Development Corporation recognizes these individuals that must have demonstrated personal sacrifices to help downtrodden, poor and disadvantaged individuals for more than 10 years.

- Rev. Leroy Griffith - Presbyterian Minister, Civil Rights Activist, Historical first inter-racial marriage in state of Tennessee
- Judge Alex McVeagh - Hamilton Cty. Circuit Trial Court Judge, founder of Hamilton Cty. Drug Recovery Court, implemented the Eviction Diversion Initiative
- Mariah Huq - former Public Affairs news anchor, entrepreneur, creator & producer of Bravo’s “Married to Medicine”
- John Edwards, III- historic Civil Rights leader, founder & editor of the Chattanooga News Chronicle, decorated Vietnam veteran
