Join the Offutt Enlisted Spouses Club and Rising View for the 2024 All Spouses Cookie Exchange on Tuesday, Dec. 17 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. This is a free event.OESC membership is not required as ALL Offutt spouses are invited to attend, regardless of their rank or branch. Any spouse who holds a military ID is welcome.
How it works:
A cookie exchange or cookie swap is a way for all of us to enjoy dozens of different Christmas cookies, but only have to bring one kind. You choose at least one kind of cookie to bake or purchase and bring at least two dozen to share. Cookies may be individually wrapped or displayed on a plate/platter.
After mix and mingle with light refreshments, we will exchange cookies, and people will be able to take home a sampling of what’s available. Please bring a container to transport cookies home.
And of course, we all want your recipe (if you are baking)! Please make two copies of your recipe to share. One will be handed to the host and the other will be on display with your cookies (and people can take a photo of it if they want it).
Because we want this event to be as inclusive as possible, we will allow store-bought cookies, and also will allow duplicates.
