Join the American Heart Association on Saturday, September 21 at the Alaska Airlines Center for the Alaska Heart Run and Walk.Register your team or sign up as an individual today at AlaskaHeartRun.org. The event will feature a USATF Certified Course, with a 5k run (timed and untimed), 5k walk, and 3k walk. Check-in starts at 7:00 a.m. Opening ceremonies kick off at 9:00 a.m. Run and walk events have tapered starts from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Together, we'll run and walk to raise funds and fight heart disease and stroke, the No. 1 and No. 5 killers in the nation. Your donations help fund cardiovascular research, improve hospital standards of care and ensure fewer people suffer and die from heart disease and stroke.
