VVESC invites to attend our 2024 AGM.You are invited for dinner at 6pm, with last orders at 6:30pm to avoid disruptions.
We need to achieve a quorum, in order to hold our AGM; so please consider attending and becoming a part of the important business of the club.
There is a point in the AGM where all position will become available, we are looking to fill each position and also welcome some general committee members. Please consider if you would like to hold a titled position this year for our club!!
If you wish to attend via TEAMS, please let me know so I can send you the meeting link.
All 2023/24 job titled (e.g. equipment, uniform, etc) committee members and coaches are asked to provide a short report for the season, emailed in advance to the secretary by COB Friday, 28th of June.
I encourage everyone interested or intrigued about being a part of the committee, come to AGM, see what we do and consider becoming apart of the foundations that make our club the Valley View Eagles!!
