About this Event
The Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) will hold its 12th annual Africa Evidence Summit in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from July 10-11, 2024. The summit is an annual in-person gathering that brings together East and West African scholars (including CEGA fellows), U.S.-based faculty, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss the latest research findings on economic development and poverty alleviation on the continent.
The summit also promotes discussion on new ways to integrate evidence into decision-making and elevate African scholars’ voices, as well as supporting new South-South and North-South collaborations. We are delighted to partner with the Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA) and the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) to host this event. The announcement of additional partners and a full agenda will follow shortly.
Please only register for this event if you can attend in-person. Priority admission will be given to those who register by June 1st.
