The 4th annual West Indy Art and Music Festival, co-hosted by West Indy Winds Community Band and the Speedway Parks & Recreation will take place this year on August 17th starting at 12:00pm at Speedway’s Meadowood Park. This festival will host a variety of local community concert and jazz bands performing at the gazebo throughout the day along with some amazing local artists displaying and selling their creations throughout the park.Admission into the festival is always free. Food trucks will be available all day, along with a beer and wine garden. Save the date on your calendar for this wonderful event. Rain date: 8/18
