About this Event
In accordance with South Carolina Republican Party Rules the Third Congressional District Convention will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 10 AM. Purposes of this Convention are to elect District Officers who will serve for the next 4 years and 3 Delgates and 3 Alternates to the National Convention.
The 3rd District Convention will gavel in promptly at 10 AM with credentialing beginning at 9 AM.
Those Delegates / Alternates to the 2023 SCGOP State Convention shall be the same Delegates / Alternates for the 2024 District Convention.
The registration fee for the 3rd District Convention is $20 and should be completed by Thursday, April 11 at 12 noon. If you do not register by noon on April 11, your registration will increase to $30 when you register at the door of the Convention.
If you wish to run for the position of National Delegate to the upcoming Republican National Convention, you MUST register by NOON on April 6, 2024. In order to register to run for National Delegate you must complete the requested information portion when you register for the District Convention and you must pay the $40 non-refundable National Delagate ballot fee.
Please Note: No person shall be eligible to run for Delegate to the National Convention who is not a Delegate or Alternate to the Congressional District Convention.
