The Santa Cruz Warriors are in the midst of our 2024-25 season, and we can't wait to get our community involved! The Sea Dubs are excited to announce the Santa Cruz Warriors Community Coaching Clinic — a new initiative geared towards building deeper relationships with local basketball programs by offering participating coaches opportunities to network with and learn from our Santa Cruz Warriors coaching staff!
The two-part clinic will be split into two different focus areas: the Physical Game, focusing on warm-up exercises, drills, and strategies to improve basketball fundamentals and skills, and the Mental Game, focusing on off-court mental health practices to manage the pressures of playing at a high level. Details are outlined below. We ask that all coaches who register for the clinic plan accordingly to stay for the entire clinic.
All coaches in attendance will receive a gift and a special ticket offer for their teams and organizations!

Attire: Casual dress and sneakers with non-marking soles.
Overview: The Santa Cruz Warriors coaching staff will lead participating coaches through a series of on-court walkthroughs and demonstrations outlining different drills, exercises, and best practices for skill development, spacing, movement, and more. Representatives from mental health organizations throughout Santa Cruz County will be in attendance to offer guidance and education on identifying early symptoms of pressure on athletes, constructive feedback delivery methods, and other relevant best practices to ensure the mental health and safety of athletes at every level.
