This volleyball conditioning program is designed to teach and prepare players entering/enrolled in Middle School the fundamentals needed to play in their volleyball program. The session will consist of multiple physical fitness drills, volleyball instruction, and then followed by play.48 players accepted per session on a first come-first serve basis.
Six (6) Training Days: July 16-18 and 23-25, 2024
Beginners 4:00-5:30pm | Advanced 5:30-7:00pm
Advanced Sessions are for players with 1+ years of club/2 years of varsity middle school experience. Please signup based on their current skill level.

Cost: $100 per athlete | $50 for current/accepted NBH Students

Fees must be received by noon July 9th unless coordinated. If payment is not received then the next on the waiting list will be offered a spot. More information will come via email once signup is received.
Additional requirements: no parents allowed in the gym, players must bring their own labeled water bottle and water.
