C. Click the "RESERVE A SPOT" button above to register for the Conference. You will have options to register for:
- Conference registration includes three days of educational programming with choices from thirty-five classes offered in seven sessions, Friday and Saturday morning light breakfast, Friday lunch, Friday evening banquet/Keynote Speaker, and a 50th birthday party on Saturday. It also includes full access to the Garden Gate Marketplace area throughout the Conference and a swag bag.
- We are proud to offer our complete conference experience to all interested parties. Please note there are two ticket types. MG Registration: If you are a WSU Extension Master Gardener (MG), WSU Staff, or Conference Instructor/Speaker, tickets are offered at a discount. Non-MG Registration: Please select this option if you are NOT one of the above. We hope you will join us!
- If you are not attending classes, but are accompanying an attendee and would like to participate in the meal service, you can choose to buy a companion meal ticket for each of the meals, including the Friday evening banquet.

What's the refund policy?
2023 WSU Master Gardener Conference Refund Policy
A. If a registrant is unable to attend the Conference for any reason, registration may be transferred to another person by logging into your order and changing the name information. Financial arrangement between you and your replacement is your responsibility.
B. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not able to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
-- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
-- Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
-- Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made as follows: All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. Telephone requests will not be honored. Please email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days. If necessary to cancel by USPS, please allow sufficient time for a response.
If the conference is cancelled, all registrations will be refunded in full.
